Comboni Missionaries of the Heart of Jesus (MCCJ) They are entrusted with the Parish of Sacred Heart in Lomin-Kajokeji but currently some of the priests are working among the refugees in Palorinya, Uganda, and others are in the centre of the parish in Lomin after the re-opening of the parish in October 2023.   1. The Comboni Missionary Sisters (CMS) were in the Diocese (at Sacred Heart Parish, Lomin) but closed the community in 2019 due to lack of personnel.
  2. The Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB). They left the Diocese due to the war of 2016. They were entrusted with the parish of Holy Trinity, Morobo. We are still hoping that they will come back in due course.
